Imagine 15th century in Istanbul , people from all around the world trying and immediately falling in love with great street food called doner kebab and taking this taste with them to their motherlands. We are same food lovers that loved the taste and put it together with modern ingredients and styles.

Leaf Doner’s story started in Toronto, Canada. After seeing so many shawarma and gyro places opening, we believe it is time to make this taste Canadianize and share with the world. Clean environment and delicious food became our motto.
